China International Exhibition Center (CIEC) made large investment on the renovation of the exhibition facilities. The newly built gates and ticketing office uses advanced electronic entrance control system and tickets with magnetic code, by which people and vehicles as well as exhibitors and visitors may enter into CIEC through different lanes. Thus the exhibition environment and service level will be improved greatly. The passage between Hall 1 and Halls 2345 and the bypass behind Halls 2345 were paved again while the small building opposite the freight entrance of Hall 8B was torn down. The whole fair ground thus becomes a smooth traffic loop which facilitates the in and out of the exhibits and improves the moving space of the people in the exhibition. CIEC made overall renewal on the air-conditioning and ventilation system of the exhibition halls. The increase on the emission and ventilation equipment enhanced the circulation capacity of the natural air in the exhibition halls, and especially the conditions in Hall.1, Hall 6 and Hall 7 were improved greatly. In addition, the sanitation and catering were reformed with better environment and enlarged service area. And the new visitor registration system could record the detailed information of the visitors.
