On March 18, 2025, the press conference for the 19th China International Machine Tool Show (CIMT2025) was successfully held in Beijing. Over 80 journalists from major television stations, radio stations, newspapers, renowned portal websites, new media platforms, and professional magazines across the country attended the event. Leaders from the sponsor and organizers, including Mr. Mao Yufeng, the president of the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’ Association, Mr. Wang Liming and Mr. Wang Xu, the vice president of CMTBA, Mr. Zhao Ou, the vice president of China International Exhibition Center Group Limited, along with representatives from some partner organizations, were present at the conference. The 19th China International Machine Tool Show (CIMT2025), sponsored by the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders' Association and co-organized by China International Exhibition Center Group Limited, will be held in Beijing from April 21 to 26, 2025. For the first time, the exhibition will utilize the newly completed Capital International Exhibition Center of China (Phase II of CIEC New Venue) and China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall, Phase I of CIEC New Venue), covering a total exhibition area of 310,000 square meters. The China International Machine Tool Show (CIMT) is set to host a landmark event in its history.

The China International Machine Tool Show (CIMT) was founded in 1989 and is sponsored by the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders' Association, it is held in Beijing every odd year and has been successfully held for 18 sessions. After 36 years of development, CIMT has become the world's largest professional exhibition for machine tools in the past decade, it is recognized by the international manufacturing as one of the four major international machine tool exhibitions, alongside EMO in Europe, IMTS in the United States, and JIMTOF in Japan. CIMT has made contributions to the development of China's industrial economy and the innovation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry, injecting new impetus into the sustainable development of the global machine tool industry.
